Merry Market – Past Fundraising
For 9 years, the Junior League of Topeka has devoted a significant amount of their fundraising efforts to their annual Merry Market vendor event, which is an upscale shopping event featuring more than 65 regional and national merchants. It served as our connection to “Shop with a purpose” that raises funds to fulfill JLT’s mission of building a better community by developing the potential of women, improving the community, and promoting volunteerism. In addition to the Market, the members of JLT put on the Inaugural Merry Market Gala & Auction this past year that also served as a major fundraising event for the organization.
In light of these two events, the Junior League of Topeka would like to give THANKS to our sponsors, both past and present; to our loyal supporters, and to our membership that has helped us raise net proceeds of over $220,000 throughout the past nine years.
